Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning content, including microlearnings, eLearning courses, and content for live sessions that enable career development and support employee engagement

Deliver engaging classroom style programs to audiences at all levels of the organization

Administer and maintain the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS); provide end-user support and maintain analytics dashboard with regular reporting

Research, curate and organize learning content to support workforce development, training needs, and career pathways

Build polished and visually engaging presentations and training materials to support live and virtual learning sessions and discussion

Support new hire onboarding programming, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience

Facilitate live and virtual sessions that engage a wide audience

Collaborate with team members and cross-functional subject matter experts to identify learning needs and recommend solutions

Support the ongoing evaluation of learning and engagement programming to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Research and recommend tools, platforms, and best practices for digital and blended learning

Develop communication and promotion strategies to increase utilization of learning programs

Perform other duties as assigned
