Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of on-site or remote training and installation of Infor Hospitality software applications
Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation
Provide on-site or remote transitional support of software installation go-live
Provide feedback to customer and Infor on training participants’ progress
Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor
Prepare and complete all project related paperwork as defined by Infor
Adhere to project schedule including flights, training, meetings, conference calls, etc. and adhere to our company's Principle-Based Management guidelines
Assist in creating and updating installation and training documentation
Maintain superior product knowledge and complete product competency certification

Qualification

Required

Communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform independently on customer and non-customer projects
Previous experience in hotel operations and preferably in management, and/or group sales/event management within Hospitality
Ideally, have exposure to housekeeping, accounting, and/or revenue management
Working knowledge of PC operations, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel applications
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
Willing to submit background check by the Department of Homeland Security to work on government projects

Preferred

Software application training experience is a plus
Experience with Windows OS, and Microsoft SQL are highly desirable
