Senior Client Success Manager

Responsibilities
Own relationships with key accounts, conducting semi-annual business reviews
Identify opportunities to expand product usage and grow recurring revenue
Be the voice of your clients internally, shaping our product roadmap
Lead renewal conversations, addressing concerns proactively
Mentor junior team members and contribute to our knowledge base
Qualification
Required
5+ years in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles
Financial services or fintech industry experience (wealth management, RIAs ideal)
Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic business reviews
Preferred
Someone who's comfortable being themselves (pets bombing Zoom calls welcome)
Curiosity about how things work and how they could work better
