Responsibilities
Handling all types of pre-litigation cases included auto VS. auto, dog bite, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims
Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers and managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records and bills, and confirming medical balances
Work in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients
Assisting clients with their property damage claims
Monitor and maintain client treatment portfolio
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be good at multi-tasking
You must be a self-starter with a high level of resourcefulness and initiative
We expect you to be a great communicator so you can collaborate with other team members in a professional, efficient manner
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
