Write engaging and challenging math problems that align with specific educational goals, with a primary emphasis on creating word problems
Adhere to the format and style guidelines established by the IXL curriculum design team
Develop age-appropriate, mathematically precise explanations
Collaborate with math curriculum designers to meet project deadlines
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in mathematics or mathematics education; currently enrolled students are welcome to apply
Solid writing and grammar knowledge, with the ability to match writing style to provided examples
Strong knowledge of middle school through calculus math curriculum is required
Preferred
Prior math item writing experience is preferred
