Customer Experience Intern
Free Country is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to assist the eCommerce operations team with customer service and social media projects. The role involves supporting customer inquiries and eCommerce initiatives while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business.

Responsibilities
Help customers from our website, via phone/email/live chat regarding their online orders, product information, returns, product warranty, etc
Support with Ratings & Reviews, reporting (social media, competitive analysis, ratings & reviews, returns), support social media (monthly content calendar, scheduling, posting, moderation, consumer engagement)
Qualification
Required
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A MUST
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or <2 years out of school, ideally in marketing, business administration or a related field
At least 1+ year of cumulative internship experience in a similar role using customer service platforms
Independent but reliable when it comes to hitting deadlines and juggling multiple projects
Extremely organized and self-motivated to complete assigned tasks, anticipate next steps without direction, evaluate blind spots and exceed expectations
Strong soft skills such as patience, active listening, empathy, and positive attitude
