Vice President National Accounts

The Vice President National Accounts is responsible for managing relationships and sales with large national-level accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to align the company's services with client needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase sales and revenue
Generate tools and ideas for improving national account customers' experience selling Vertical Bridge products and services
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key account holders and customers
Analyze leasing and development statistics to determine sales potential and monitor performance
Track, measure, and evaluate sales and customer satisfaction metrics and trends
Collaborate and partner with Regional Leasing Managers on revenue targets and growth opportunities
Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports
Update sales pipeline regularly and maintain for accuracy
Responsible for hitting annual goal and preparing plans and progress reports to demonstrate ability to achieve the budget
Maintain Salesforce for contact records and documentation for all meetings, calls, and emails
Formulate innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing and internal teams to drive revenue growth
Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

Required

Minimum 3 – 5 years' experience managing large, national level business accounts required
Minimum 2 – 3 years' experience in wireless sales
Required to have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong working knowledge of sales processes and metrics with proven sales success
Demonstrated skills and capabilities in analytical and critical thinking, and complex problem solving
Strong time management, prioritization skills combined with ability to work independently under firm deadlines
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth changing environment with a high level of productivity

Preferred

Four-year degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or similar relevant field preferred
7+ years' experience managing large, national level business accounts preferred
Previous tower and/or other communication infrastructure experience is preferred
Experience in Real Estate or related business is preferred
Previous experience with CRM software and tools
