Valid Driver's License - This position is required to drive a company vehicle and must meet the requirements of UF Health Central Florida Vehicle Policy

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Job experience specializing in one or more of these trades/professions: Boilers, Building, Electrical, HVAC, Bed Repair, TMA and Security Systems

Personal computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word & Internet Explorer

Knowledge of NFPA

Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience
