Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Implement sales strategies, and sell products and services to customers in the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Identify potential customers within the territory and develop relationships with them to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions
Reach out to potential leads through a variety of channels such as email, phone, text, and social media
Effectively communicate product or service benefits to potential customers through presentations, proposals, and other sales methods
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and customer feedback to improve sales processes and strategies
Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as other internal teams such as marketing and product development, to ensure a positive customer experience
Continuously research and gather market intelligence to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote the company's products or services

Required

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales experience required
Experience in the VA call points (VAMC, CBOC, Community Care) environment required
Travel within territory as well as outside territory for conferences and training
Ability to lift 20 pounds
This role requires daily travel within the territory

Preferred

Prior DME experience desirable
2+ years successful direct field sales experience desirable
