Responsibilities

Provide moderate to complex level technical, analytical, and reporting support

Work with Claims, Provider, Finance, Enrollment, Utilization Management, and compliance departments

Manage reporting projects to ensure timely and accurate completion of data and analysis requests

Conduct detailed analysis and provide results

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience

5+ years' Data Analysis experience

Proficient in SQL

Experience with SQL (TSQL, PostgresSQL, MySQL, etc.), MS SQL Server, relational databases, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker etc.) is required

Prior experience data modeling, SSIS, SSRS, Python, high-level programming language, using ETL tools (Informatica, AWS Glue, fivetran etc.), a plus

4+ years of experience with moderate to complex SQL reporting and analytics with data analysis, extraction, and manipulation of healthcare data (medical claims, enrollment/eligibility, membership data etc.)

4+ years designing reports, automating reports, and developing executive-level presentations

3+ years of experience in a healthcare delivery or healthcare business setting preferred
