Senior Customer Service Rep
New Mexico Department of Health is seeking a Senior Customer Service Rep to provide administrative support for the Center of Public Health Operations and Center for Health Protection. The incumbent will be responsible for responding to customer and staff inquiries and ensuring issues are resolved while assisting with various administrative needs.

Responding to customer and staff inquiries and making sure that any issues that arise are resolved
Providing customer service, assisting the Center Director and staff with administrative needs, fleet management, Smartsheet, organization charts, and payables
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Six (6) months of work experience in office administration and/or customer service
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certification from the State of New Mexico, or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment
Two (2) years of work experience in office administration and/or customer service
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and terminology
Good communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to convey information effectively
Use critical thinking to solve problems and help each conclusion or approaches to problems
