Responsibilities
Perform installation, training, demo and support for customers, both in-house and on-site. Support sales team through sales process, providing product recommendations for customer applications that enhance their business efficiency
Stay updated with competitor information and market trend
Cooperate with sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities
Serve as SHINING 3D primary point of technical contact for handling troubleshooting, maintenance, and service
Represent SHINING 3D at webinars, virtual events and in-person trade shows when applicable
Travel required to support above listed responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Prefer a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the areas of metrology, engineering, manufacturing or quality control
A minimum of 2 years of technical related experience
Ability to interpret engineering drawings for dimensional control requirements
Professional demeanor and confidence in presenting to a group of people
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and alongside SHINING 3D management and sales team
Willing to travel (up to 40%)
Preferred
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Having experience of 3D scanner, CMM, CAD/CAM or metrology software is a plus
GD&T experience is a plus
