Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, primarily physicians and clinical teams, but also including payers and society groups
Clinical Trial Facilitation: Coordinate all resources required to successfully advance all approved clinical and economic trial activity
Real World Evidence: Work with interested clinicians to frame their use of Nociscan in such a way that translates into publishable RWE output
Patient Enrollment: Work with entire site team to accelerate patient enrollment in any active trial
Training & Support: Work with Customer Success Team to deliver comprehensive on-site and remote training to MRI technologists, surgeons, and radiology staff, emphasizing best practices and safety protocols
Customer Advocacy: Serve as a point of contact for customer feedback, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Relay critical insights to software engineers to drive product improvements
Sales & Growth Alignment: Work closely with Sales and Growth teams to support new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and contribute to revenue objectives
Data Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report key metrics and events for clinical evaluation studies, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance
Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all customer interactions and data handling adhere to HIPAA guidelines and Aclarion’s policies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to align market access initiatives with company strategy
Wearing Multiple Hats: You will take on additional responsibilities as needed, such as project management, documentation, and even contributing to marketing or sales initiatives

Required

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with the Spine Industry (minimum 3 years), with Degenerative Disc Disease experience highly preferred
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinical trial administrators and radiology professionals
Adaptability: Comfortable working independently and remotely, with a willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
Accountability: High sense of responsibility for customer success and satisfaction
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Eagerness to contribute across functions and take initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in spine medical devices, medical imaging, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of market development related experience including spine medical device, MRI imaging experience; MR spectroscopy experience is highly desirable
Clinical Research: Strong familiarity with clinical evaluation studies and data collection protocols
