Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering designs produced by both internal teams and external engineering partners as well as individual designs
Maintaining customer satisfaction by verifying that all engineering work orders comply with customer specifications, company standards, and industry best practices
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality trends and providing regular feedback to engineering leadership
