The Engineer (EIT) will perform engineering assignments, prepare drainage analysis, design improvements, and prepare construction documents under general oversight.

Responsibilities
Independently performs engineering assignments with clear and specified objectives with general oversight from supervisor and/or Project Manager
Responsible for preparation of drainage analysis and preliminary engineering report studies
Design of drainage improvements associated with transportation or public works
Responsible for preparing construction documents and reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited university required
Prior experience in professional experience doing civil engineering for public works
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience with MicroStation Open Roads program a strong plus
Understanding of local governmental public and private development codes and ordinances is preferred
