Account Manager

Responsibilities
Supporting the sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
Enter and update partner information in Salesforce and other systems, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
Manage email and other communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries
Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and ready for client review
Organize and schedule meetings via Zoom, coordinating with team members and clients as necessary
Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to support sales performance tracking and decision-making
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness
Actively participate in team meetings and activities, contributing to a vibrant, high-energy work culture
Guide partners through the use of proprietary systems for deal communication and tracking
Facilitate communication between multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software
Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions within the team and to clients. Well-spoken, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in verbal interactions
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks and communications
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a small team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple transactions daily
Customer Service Orientation: A proactive approach to serving internal and external needs
