Responsibilities

Achieve and maintain regional headcount targets through effective recruiting strategies
Set and communicate daily priorities and expectations across multiple sites
Lead the implementation and training of new recruiting processes and tools
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruiting metrics and team performance
Create and manage job postings in the ATS and on external job boards
Collaborate with the Leadership Team weekly to align on priorities and organizational changes
Interview, hire, and onboard recruiting staff for the assigned region
Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the regional recruiting team
Oversee offer letter creation, employee placement in ATS, and deployment/transfer documentation for internal hires
Develop and manage growth plans for team members, including promotions and compensation adjustments
Facilitate daily recruiting stand-ups and weekly onboarding/training sessions
Generate and maintain weekly resource management reports and audit project management tools
Conduct weekly one-on-ones with Lead Recruiters and monthly check-ins with the broader regional team
Review and submit quarterly bonus recommendations for the regional recruiting team
Lead recruiting operations for new site launches, including travel, community outreach, job fairs, and coordination with marketing
Participate in project planning and client visits to support new business initiatives

Required

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in recruiting leadership, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
