Responsibilities

Architect and design Camunda-based workflows, decision tables, and integrations
Define technical architecture for Camunda applications, ensuring scalability and resilience
Model business processes using BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards
Implement custom connectors and orchestrate microservices
Integrate Camunda with external systems (databases, APIs, messaging systems)
Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot-based services for Camunda workflows
Conduct requirement analysis, estimation, and technical reviews
Mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices
Monitor and optimize Camunda processes for efficiency and reliability
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to deliver solutions

Required

Strong experience in Camunda BPM, BPMN, DMN, and Java (JDK8/17)
Proficiency in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
8–10 years in BPM solutions, with at least 4+ years in Camunda architecture
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, event-based transactions, and message flows

Preferred

Experience in Financial Crime Case Management or Telecom domain
Camunda BPM certification is a plus
