Responsibilities

Contribute to schematic design and site planning efforts
Assist in producing and coordinating plans, elevations, sections, and presentation graphics
Support the development of 3D models and visualizations
Help set up and maintain design drawing sets
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated design documentation
Participate in the cartooning and development of drawing sets using AO standards
Research relevant codes, ordinances, and guidelines to support design decisions
Understand and contribute to the required deliverables of each design phase
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong graphic, visual, and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and take initiative
Working knowledge of planning and building code

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, architectural technology, or proven experience as a draftsperson in an architectural firm or related industry
4+ years of architectural experience, including experience in project coordination and documentation
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant industry-standard software
Intermediate/Working knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design work
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
Mathematical skills
Reasoning and critical thinking ability
