Handle broad and sophisticated transactional real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey review, and development work
Work on joint ventures and/or borrower-side financing
Qualification
Required
3 to 6 years of broad and sophisticated transactional real estate experience
Strong academic background
Solid law firm experience
Excellent research skills
Excellent writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where they are applying
