Assisting with large document production
Utilizing Adobe for electronic production issues
Properly capturing time and billing according to client guidelines

Required

5+ years of recent defense litigation experience

extremely organized
knowledgeable in drafting medical chronologies
drafting non party subpoenas and deposition subpoenas
extensive preparation of trial binders and exhibits
ability to assist in with large document production
ability to utilize Adobe for electronic production issues
Proven ability to properly capture time and bill according to client guidelines
Typing speed must be at least 60 words per minute
knowledge of trial procedures
