Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership for professional fee revenue operations across physician and provider-based services
Drive operational performance across charge capture, coding, billing, collections, and denial management
Establish and monitor KPIs to improve cash flow, accuracy, and operational efficiency
Partner with finance, clinical leadership, compliance, and technology teams to ensure alignment and accountability
Lead operational transformation initiatives focused on scalability, standardization, and process improvement
Ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate governance across professional fee operations
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operational teams and leaders
Translate complex operational challenges into actionable strategies and outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in professional fee or provider-based revenue cycle operations
Demonstrated success operating at the VP or enterprise leadership level
Experience within large physician groups, MSOs, health systems, or complex healthcare organizations
Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory oversight, and operational risk management
Proven ability to lead through change and improve performance in evolving environments
Executive communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
