Responsibilities
Assist in upkeeping and maintaining service level agreements
Participate in the renewal and new business activities that support marketing and underwriting decisions that are consistent with growth and retention goals
Assisting with policy creation and review
Process quotes, binders, non-premium bearing endorsements, policy changes, and account renewals
Process and issue cancellation/reinstatement notices and endorsements
Scheduling inspections and monitoring for compliance with recommendations
Manage account documentation
Assist with ad hoc reporting as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work 40 hours per week
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Critical thinking & problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize effectively
Highly organized
College Diploma
The individual must obtain their insurance license within 3 months of starting
