Special Education Intern
National Heritage Academies (NHA) is a charter school management company that operates over 100 schools across 9 states, focused on transforming lives through education. The Special Education Intern will support the Special Education team by assisting in professional development planning, managing CPI training logistics, and maintaining data systems.
Education Management
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and preparing materials such as slide decks, participant guides, and facilitator resources to support high-quality professional development for leaders and school teams during summer sessions and ongoing trainings
Manage logistics for school-based CPI trainings, including scheduling, communication with trainers and participants, and tracking completion to ensure all schools meet required safety and compliance standards
Create, update, and maintain Special Education staff accounts and related data systems to ensure accurate access, organization, and compliance across all platforms
Qualification
Required
Must have solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have adequate organization skills to manage workload
Must be able to balance multiple tasks and assignments
