QC Stability Data Entry Intern

Responsibilities

Enter, verify, and maintain stability data into electronic systems and databases
Perform accurate transcription of laboratory data into LIMS or stability tracking systems
Support data verification and quality checks to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance
Assist in generating stability summary tables, trend charts, and data reports as requested
Collaborate with QC analysts, stability coordinators, and QA personnel to resolve data discrepancies
Assist with preparation and organization of stability documentation for audits and inspections
Support general QC documentation activities, including scanning, archiving, and version control
Participate in cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives related to data management
Collaborate with a mentor team of cross-functional team members as well as the other interns in the class
Complete a special project and present the recommendations to senior management upon completion

Required

Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an interest in biotechnology
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively and be a team player

Preferred

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry would be an asset but is not required
Familiarity with biopharmaceutical technologies, physical and life sciences, product development, and regulatory approval processes is desirable
