Asset Management Senior Advisor (Renewables)

Responsibilities

Asset Management: Work with multiple stakeholders in negotiating and amending contracts (including Power Purchase (PPA), landowners (LTSA), Asset Management service agreements) to improve performance and mitigate risks. Oversee technical aspects and coordinate with operations teams. Develop prudent project budgets, ensure compliance with market rules, lead initiatives to improve performance and protect long-term value, and maintain strong relationships with ENGIE’s Global Energy Management and Supply entities
Leadership: Provide direction and recommendations, promote an inclusive culture, build strong relationships, offer constructive feedback, and act proactively to optimize portfolio performance
Organization: Deploy new processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and value creation. Leverage internal expertise across departments to deliver high-quality results. Ensure transparency, collaboration, and effective communication across all departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Trading, and Power Marketing)

Required

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Engineering, Environmental, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the energy industry, including plant operations and economics
Understanding of renewables financials models: (Tax equity, cash equity, debt) and of partnership agreements (LLCA), and asset contractual arrangements (LTSA, PPA's, JVMA, OMA, AMA)
Proved leadership in P&L and asset management, particularly in renewables, attention to detail and a proactive approach to value creation
Strong project management skills for cross-organizational coordination and business process improvement, with advanced analytical and Excel skills
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and collaborate within a team-based environment
Must be available to travel domestically up to 20% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
