Manage and mentor Clinical/Product Specialists to maximize their impact with customers
Develop territory plans and strategies to expand accounts and implement new solutions
Oversee training and ensure specialists have resources to succeed
Partner with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers
Build strong relationships with key clinical personnel and identify opportunities for collaboration
Maintain open communication with sales leadership on territory plans and competitive activity
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of management experience required
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred
BSN or related clinical degree preferred; business coursework a plus
Medical device product sales experience preferred
