Responsibilities

Provide exemplary service to customers and colleagues
Support communities through outreach and volunteer work
Engage customers in all areas of banking
Identify any financial needs customers may have
Participate in training programs

Qualification

Customer service skillsBasic banking knowledgeMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunication skillsProblem solving skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Good communication, problem solving, and organizational/time management skills required
Proficient computer skills, use of Microsoft Office, and ability to navigate multiple systems without assistance
Excellent Customer Service Skills

Preferred

Rising Juniors or Seniors studying Business or related degree preferred
Basic understanding of banking or finance
