Responsibilities
Understand full-stack architectures inclusive of ITSM (ServiceNow) Enterprise-driven workflows, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD deployment models, Enterprise Network Orchestration & Automation, Source of Truth, ChatOps, Network Observability, and knowing how open source can lead or compliment a given architecture
Identify project risks and challenges, develop resolution plans, and support troubleshooting
Analyze major incidents and issues to identify the root cause
Develops well-written technical documentation of solutions built for clients
Performs peer reviews, guidance, and contributes to best practices of code
Quickly adopts new technologies and continuously demonstrates technical excellence
Work collaboratively with multiple teams to investigate and resolve customer issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience with several of the following tools Python, Django, Docker, Ansible, SQL
5+ years experience with CI/CD and how it could be applied to support automations
2+ years experience with concepts around data management including IaC and Source of Truth strategy
Experience with utilizing existing REST APIs within a web framework
Experience with tools and libraries such as pytest, Nornir, Netmiko, NAPALM, Nautobot, Netbox
Strong understanding of traditional Git workflows for working in a collaborative environment
A strong understanding of Source of Truth automation strategy
