Responsibilities
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers (focused on ECAD, ERP, and Platform)
Process Ownership: Establish standardized PM frameworks (Agile, PRDs, prioritization) to ensure consistent delivery across all XPLM integration products
Roadmap Alignment: Partner with leadership to translate business goals into a multi-year roadmap and align closely with Aras on platform updates
Connector Strategy: Define how mechanical data (from SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, Creo) is mapped, transformed, and synchronized within Aras
3D Visualization: Own the roadmap for 3D viewable generation (JT, WebGL, etc.) and Digital Mock-Up (DMU) capabilities to enable cross-enterprise collaboration
CAD-to-BOM Logic: Direct the logic for how complex 3D assembly structures are converted into actionable PLM Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Workspace Management: Oversee the user experience for "Check-in/Check-out" and Work-in-Progress (WIP) data handling to maximize designer productivity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
8+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a leadership/lead role managing other PMs
Deep knowledge of PLM (Aras Innovator preferred) and the 'inner workings' of Mechanical CAD software (APIs, assembly structures, metadata)
Technical 3D Knowledge: Understanding of 3D geometry, tessellation, and the 'Digital Twin' concept
Leadership: Proven ability to coach PMs through technical trade-offs and manage complex stakeholder relationships
