Responsibilities

Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals

Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed

Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and ensure effective collaboration

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues proactively

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates

Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and post-project evaluations

Data Management: Establish “Data Rules” to drive data accuracy and completeness. Put together an SOP. and communicate regularly on changes with the Regions, Sites, CRM team and IT

Key member of the Team to provide inputs for the creation of the Sales Operations Data Lake

Proactively work with the Regions to identify data gaps, and resolve them prior to the monthly loading of the data in the dashboards

Put together a scorecard to monitor data integrity at a Site and Region

Work with the non-SAP sites to get Monthly Revenue data to be loaded for the Revenue dashboard. Resolve data issues, if any

Monthly Project Management Report: Complete the deck ready for review within the first 8 working days of the month

At the end of each month’s call, do the following: Issue the follow-ups from the call. Summarize some of the key issues highlighted by the Regional Sales leaders, that require action/support

Monthly Pipeline review for Board- Put the report together with the insights within the 1st week of the month

Establish process to capture Backlog data

Leverage AI tools to simplify the process of getting the summaries

Ad hoc business analysis on a need basis
