Responsibilities
Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process
Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables
Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures
Gathers and compiles information for reports, power point presentations
Provides technical support, which may includes trouble shooting system issues and driving to resolution
Support the automated project intake process
Creating, tracking, and trouble shooting purchase orders
Qualification
Required
6+ years of Project Coordination/Administrative experience
Preferred
Experience working with all levels in an organization
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Planisware, general software applications
Experience with Ariba, Planisware
