Responsibilities
Own client relationships at a senior level, serving as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor
Lead account strategy and growth, identifying new opportunities to expand partnerships and drive measurable business results
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure all work aligns with client goals and the agency’s creative standards
Oversee the health and profitability of your accounts, managing budgets, forecasts, and scopes of work
Mentor and manage account teams, providing coaching, structure, and clear direction to Account Managers
Anticipate client needs before they’re voiced, proactively offering solutions, ideas, and support
Represent Raindrop’s values in every interaction, modeling collaboration, humility, and excellence
Qualification
