Responsibilities
Own operational reporting end-to-end in BigQuery and Looker: requirements, modeling, QA, dashboard design, enablement
Build “interventionist” dashboards that expose causal chains across the collections funnel (inventory → eligibility → treatment → contact → RPC/engagement → new payers → payments). Every tile shows numerator + denominator → rate, baselines, and “compared to what.”
Diagnose performance across agents, strategies, and competitors; separate real signal from noise using expectations, seasonality, base-rate rigor, and confidence bands
Standardize definitions and expectation setting (actual vs expected, deltas, and bands) with new/legacy placement splits and placement-age cohorts
Quantify drivers of change (e.g., month-to-month decomposition) and communicate the “why/because” in plain language with recommended actions
Partner across data sources: system of record (InterProse), dialer/telephony (TCN), Collin (AI agent brain), payment processing, vendor/skip-trace providers, contactability and deliverability signals
Close gaps with the foundational data team: when elements are missing, specify clear data contracts and schema updates for BigQuery
Enforce strategy adherence: measure adherence to stated strategies and highlight where drift undermines results
Advance experimentation and ROI: design A/B views, channel/omnichannel effectiveness, resource optimization across segments, and account-quality changes over time
Be your own first customer: ship with clear documentation, caveats, and a narrative that stands behind the work
Qualification
Required
Collections domain: hands-on experience in third-party (or first-party) collections analytics, with fluency in contact/RPC/PTP/liquidation funnels, consent/deliverability, and compliance constraints
Data stack: expert SQL (BigQuery). Strong Looker dashboarding and metric modeling. Ability to transform incomplete requests into complete, decision-ready outputs
Evidence design: Always show denominators and baselines, annotate decisions, prefer small multiples over chartjunk, compare 'with/without' and 'before/after.'
Problem framing: instinct to ask 'compared to what?', adjust for mix and seasonality, and call uncertainty when base rates are low
Communication: crisp executive storytelling, written narratives, and the ability to push back on ambiguous asks and fill gaps responsibly
Ownership: startup-ready self-starter who can design, build, and iterate rapidly with minimal guidance
Preferred
LookML development, Python for data QA or decomposition routines, dbt/Dataform, Git-based workflows, and comfort with both batch and (optionally) event-driven data
Experience with LTV/ROI modeling, LMDI-style attribution, or similar decomposition methods
Prior work with InterProse, TCN, or payment processors; entity resolution across placements/vendors
Benefits
HMO Coverage for eligible locations
Permanent work-from-home
Immediate hiring
