Sales Training Intern

Responsibilities
Supporting a range of activities, including: Sales Meetings, New Hire Classes, and day to day activities within the sales training department
Possibly attending a sales meeting, either locally or in a different city
Collaborating with a cross functional team and completing various sales and sales training related projects
Completing a CORE Strengths Assessment and presenting your learnings to the Sales Training Team
Scheduling several 30-minute informational interviews with key members of the Commercial Leadership Team
A minimum of one field ride shadowing a field-based Account Specialist
Interacting with various areas within the company including sales, clinical, market access, marketing etc
Collaborating with a mentor team of cross-functional team members as well as the other interns in the class
Completing a special project and presenting it to the Sales Training and Leadership Development Teams
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an interest in biotechnology; specifically, sales and/or marketing
Specific degree or field required: Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related degree
A strong interest in sales and/or marketing
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively and be a team player
Commitment to a 10-week internship
Preferred
Video production, editing and social media skills preferred
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry would be an asset but is not required
