10+ years of relevant experience
Must demonstrate transformational leadership and experience managing multiple complex projects across a large system
Expected to lead through respect, humility, and intellectual curiosity while driving system-wide transformation
Collaborative leader, focused on building best-in-class teams and fostering accountability and empowerment within regional operations
Experience designing organizational structures to achieve business and operational results
Knowledge of the industry issues demonstrated experience and results such as 2nd Curve (transition from volume-based economics), accountable care and insurance/population risk models
Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulatory agency guidelines and laws
