Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript
Perform functional, integration, and API testing for Salesforce or Five9 platforms
Validate secure messaging, email routing, and related capabilities
Utilize test management tools such as Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, RQM, RTC
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required

5–7 years of experience in Automation QA Testing

Preferred

Healthcare domain knowledge
Experience with secure messaging and email routing solutions
Familiarity with advanced automation frameworks and continuous integration tools
