Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the General Studies program including hiring of faculty
Implementation and management of the general studies program
Staff supervision
Class placement of students
Parent communications
Professional development across disciplines
Technology integration
Strategic planning with department chairs
Lead by building strong connections with individual students, parents and faculty
Working collaboratively with these constituencies to further SAR’s mission
Teach as part of administrative duties
Qualification
Required
Experienced senior educator
Responsible for all aspects of the General Studies program including hiring of faculty

Strong presence around the school
Voicing school policies and communicating ethical standards for the school community
