Responsibilities
Support payroll, recruiting, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee programs
Assist with research, project planning, feasibility, and development reports
Help with market research, underwriting, due diligence, and acquisition materials
Support financial reporting, reconciliations, tax preparation, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High level of professionalism and willingness to learn
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be able to work in our corporate office, five days per week
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
preferably rising junior or senior, but to qualified graduate students depending on role
