Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of finance systems projects, from initiation through completion
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans; track action items, issues, and risks; escalate and resolve promptly
Collaborate proactively with functional leaders, process owners, system users, IT, and business leadership
Champion change management initiatives to ensure lasting transformation
Identify and implement opportunities for finance process improvement, automation, and standardization
Leverage data management technologies to minimize manual data extraction, manipulation, and reconciliation
Prepare business case presentations and reports for stakeholders and senior management
Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable communications for diverse audiences
Identify and drive opportunities for process and cost efficiencies within Finance functions
Ensure Finance processes operate optimally, simplifying workflows and eliminating duplication while balancing risk and control

Required
