Responsibilities
Develop new processes and integration flows for silicon photonics circuits
Drive the reliability and qualification of the silicon photonics platform as it transitions to mass production
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Optical Engineering
Background in semiconductor processing/fabrication
Experience in collaborating with external fabs/vendors
Experience in IC qualification and reliability test
Preferred
10+ years of industry experience in photonics-related applications
MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Optical Engineering with a background in semiconductor processing/fabrication
Knowledge of statistical data analysis, with expertise in using relevant tools (e.g., JMP)
Proficiency in process Design of Experiments (DOE) and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA)
Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in taking initiative
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team with diverse expertise and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
