Delivering best in class support for all technical issues our users may face
Hosting webinars and office hours

Required

You have a university degree and work experience in a customer-facing role in startup and/or tech-related environments
You quickly understand new tools and troubleshoot even complex technical problems efficiently and proficiently
Genuine curiosity about AI and new technologies, with an eagerness to learn how they can enhance customer experience
You clearly communicate solutions to customers, showing empathy and patience, and you are dedicated to providing excellent service
You work effectively with team members and share knowledge
You prioritize tasks and resolve issues within set timelines and quickly adapt to changes in products and workflows
You are passionate about the future of work and continuous learning, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact
You can strongly identify with our company values

Preferred

Experience with quality assurance in customer service and compliance monitoring is a plus
