Responsibilities
Develop detailed maintenance work packages including scope, labor, materials, tools, and sequencing
Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities
Define and validate work scope, identify risks, and recommend alternate work approaches when needed
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and vendors to ensure work is ready to execute
Ensure all work meets NRC, federal, and site regulatory requirements
Use automated systems to build schedules, spreadsheets, and work control documentation
Qualification
Required
Nuclear plant experience
Experience creating and managing maintenance work control packages
Electrical planning experience OR hands-on electrical modification / installation experience
Strong knowledge of power plant equipment, maintenance planning, and work control processes
High School Diploma or GED required
