Responsibilities
Execute the development and execution of GTM strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue for IT Glue
Messaging & Positioning: Craft clear, differentiated messaging and compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences
Sales Enablement: Develop high-impact sales tools, presentations, competitive positioning, and training to empower sales and customer-facing teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other GTM teams, aligning product capabilities with market needs and business goals
Launch Planning: Own end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, ensuring readiness across all functions and channels
Market Intelligence: Gather and synthesize customer, competitor, and market insights to inform product strategy and GTM plans
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS or technology
Proven success in crafting messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with technical and business audiences
Experience driving product launches and sales enablement programs
Strong storytelling, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Skilled at turning technical features into clear, customer-focused benefits
Ability to analyse complex market data, customer insights, and usage trends to shape strategy
Strong project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical discipline
Preferred
MBA is a plus
Certifications from Pragmatic Institute or Product Marketing Alliance a plus
