Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and execution of MuleSoft integration patterns, championing the API-led Connectivity methodology across Experience, Process, and System layers
Provide expert-level administration for CloudHub 2.0 and Runtime Fabric (RTF), overseeing VPC configurations, Dedicated Load Balancers, and shared resources
Act as the primary technical authority, building high-complexity Mule 4 applications and custom connectors in Anypoint Studio while solving the most difficult technical bottlenecks
Establish and enforce 'Definition of Done' criteria, including code quality, MUnit coverage, security protocols, and performance benchmarks across all delivery teams
Design holistic monitoring frameworks using Anypoint Monitoring, Splunk, or ELK to ensure proactive alerting and operational resilience
Architect robust CI/CD pipelines using Maven and Jenkins/GitHub Actions to automate the promotion of Mule artifacts from development to production
Implement sophisticated security frameworks (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT) and threat protection policies via Anypoint API Manager

Required

7+ years in Enterprise Integration, with at least 5 years of hands-on MuleSoft leadership (deep expertise in Mule 4 is mandatory)
Mastery of Microservices, SOA, and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) utilizing Anypoint MQ, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
Demonstrated experience leading a Center for Enablement (C4E) to promote asset reuse, self-service, and platform scalability
Expertise in API-First Design (RAML/OAS) and complex DataWeave 2.0 transformations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
MCD – Level 2 (Developer) is required; MCPA (Platform Architect) is a significant advantage

Preferred

Salesforce Admin Certification, highly preferred Platform or Integration Architect certifications
Advanced Governance: Expert in designing High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and enterprise monitoring for mission-critical environments
Security & Compliance: Deep experience implementing advanced security (OAuth/JWT, tokenization) within highly regulated industries
Infrastructure Specialist: Hands-on expertise in Runtime Fabric (RTF), including container management, scaling, and operational excellence
Performance Optimization: Specialized in JVM tuning and high-performance DataWeave transformation for low-latency, high-volume traffic
Executive Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical integration strategies to C-level stakeholders
Full-Stack & Automation: Proficient in Java (JDK 1.7+), automated testing (JUnit, Selenium, SoapUI), and Agile leadership using the Atlassian suite
