Provides tool engineering and tool design process direction and leadership to the tooling organization to support production and new programs

Develop and utilize processes that promote continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and other Operational Excellence tools

Works closely with site management, manufacturing engineering, process areas and product work centers to provide timely and qualified tooling support for operation needs

Provides coaching and mentoring for career development and advancement of team members

Develops and manages team budget and schedule

Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
