Responsibilities
Hands-on Accounting Director to lead, mentor and grow a 10-member finance team
Primary responsibilities: drive month-end close, ensure SOX compliance, manage major ERP migration
Lead transition from Workday General Ledger to Oracle ERP
Coordinate cross-functional teams to minimize disruption and safeguard data integrity
Maintain continuous operational and reporting accuracy during the migration
Strong people-management skills: develop staff, foster continuous improvement culture
Demonstrated ability to articulate vision, guide teams through change and secure stakeholder buy-in
Establish training, feedback and performance metrics to accelerate team growth
Qualification
Required
Hands-on Accounting Director experience
Ability to lead, mentor and grow a 10-member finance team
In-depth knowledge of accounting policies, journal entries, account reconciliations
Proven experience designing, implementing and monitoring internal controls
Background in public-company audit processes and reporting standards
Experience leading transition from Workday General Ledger to Oracle ERP
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to minimize disruption and safeguard data integrity
Maintain continuous operational and reporting accuracy during the migration
Strong people-management skills to develop staff and foster continuous improvement culture
Demonstrated ability to articulate vision, guide teams through change and secure stakeholder buy-in
