Responsibilities
Assist in preparing cost estimates for new construction roofing projects
Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents
Perform quantity take-offs and material pricing
Support senior estimators with bid preparation and proposals
Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Help track project costs and maintain estimating databases
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in construction estimating
Exposure to new construction projects (commercial or residential)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency with Excel
Preferred
Roofing experience
Restoration experience
Estimating software experience
