Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Verification Loan Officer team, overseeing scheduling, training, coaching, and performance excellence

Perform and supervise closings to ensure all ownership details — units/weeks, fees, taxes, usage, membership, exchange, and financing — are accurately verified

Strengthen customer confidence by delivering exceptional service, answering purchase-related questions, and ensuring smooth, compliant closings

Reduce cancellations by ensuring timely follow-up and precision in documentation

Ensure compliance and accuracy by obtaining all required signatures/initials and notarizing applicable recordable documents

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Administration, and Corporate Office to maintain alignment and optimize workflows

Drive operational efficiency by reviewing sales reports and identifying trends and performance improvement opportunities

Champion team culture by leading daily meetings, setting expectations, and fostering high-performance behaviors
