Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated into the culture effectively
Develop annual engagement plans, manage pulse surveys, and coordinate employee recognition initiatives
Draft and distribute company newsletters and internal updates to keep the team aligned and informed
Proactively identify and lead projects aimed at enhancing office efficiency and employee satisfaction
Partner with leadership to track 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance touchpoints for new staff
Provide essential support for Accounts Payable and Receivable (invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, and payment application) when needed or during staff absences
Assist with facility coordination, supply management, and corporate documentation
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or project coordination
High level of discretion, maturity, and professional judgment required for handling sensitive HR and financial data
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS or accounting software
Exceptional written and verbal skills with a customer-service mindset toward internal staff
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field is preferred
